Banana Cookies

Banana Cookies

  • 3 mashed bananas (really ripe)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or alt.)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all together.

Place spoonfuls onto greased baking tray and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins. Makes approx 12.


I made these two days ago and also added sulphur free mixed dried fruit n nuts, various seeds, cranberries and shredded coconut.

Absolutely YUM
and nothing unhealthy!!!!
