I'm not thinking about food all the time now

My client Lisa had become obsessed with food. She couldn’t stop thinking about it and was eating way too much - mainly junk foods. After several sessions with dietitians and nutritionalists, nothing helped.  She came to see me.
All she required was one session to break her obsession.  She smsed me with this message...

"I just wanted to let you know how I'm doing.  I'm not thinking about food all the time now, which is awesome!  Have not been over-eating as much, and am eating healthier food again.  Thank you so much!"  Lisa, Brisbane
